if its not at 147 cotto should not even consider fighting pac. not a good weight for him cotto will be drained and weak, and i do have a feeling roach will want cotto to come down lower than that. i figure the higher the risk the lower the catchweight, miguel needs to completely establish himself at 147 and not be mayweather and picking on the little guys.
