And if JMM were to pull off the upset, that's just all-time greatness, never mind lb for lb.

A win by either edges out Pac for the #1 spot. Besides, we all know the winner will have a showdown with Pacquiao. (Unless Bob Arum ***s everything up.)
      huh??? THAT'S DUMB THINKING!!
ask anyone else and it doesn't go that way,....u simpleton!!

'jmm can full off the upset' but still he won't surpass pacman in 'all time greatness'.............he lost to pacman, moron!!

But the point is, until he does that and PROVES he is the best man by beating the best, Pac still holds the title of P4P just due to resume. Regardless of whether or not he is more skilled than Floyd. I'm sure PBF can do it if he wants, but Pac has the hunger to do what Floyd only says. And thats the difference between the two.
Totally agree, PBF is the best skilled fighter now and he would win if he wanted, he could be more agressive, he could be more anything he wanted....but he has to proove it, otherwise accept the haters arguments...

Actually, name calling is the lowest form of argument. Try basing your claims on actual logic. I've already explained my reasoning. Both wins Pac has over JMM are highly disputed, especially the second one. Floyd was always rated ahead of Pacquiao until he retired. A win by JMM over Floyd puts him ahead of Pac.

if jmm really believed that he beat pac, he wouldn't even mention him. I mean you don't hear pac going on and on about jmm.

I think jmm has a fatal attraction for pac.
I agree, both Floyd jr. and JMM is just jealous of PACQUIAO'S accomplishments. If you think about PACQUIAO'S last two years accomplishment, you forget what MARQUEZ has done, and with the destruction of DLH AND HATTON by PACQUIAO, you forget what FLOYD JR did to those two guys. The bottomline, FLOYD JR AND JMM is hating on PACQUIAO. I hope that PACQUIAO fights these two bitches to shut them both up. Marquez is just tryin to get to PACQUIAO to get a third fight, but as PACQUIAO said he will fight him no problem, so I hope PACQUIAO stays true to his promise. He's got to shut all the critics by KNOCKING THE **** OUT OF THE ****** MARQUEZ...I use to respect MARQUEZ, but he mouth of too much like that ****** XCARET...

Well your argument is in the lowest form of thinking, first of all the first fight should have won by PACQUIAO by one pt. Second fight, PACQUIAO hurt Marquez on three occasion in that bout, he was lucky that he got Knock down in the last few seconds of the third round, cause if there was more time PACQUIAO (could have, would have, should have) KO HIM. Now, if JMM wins over Floyd (big IF) that doesn't put him ahead of the man who beat him. Mayweather coming back from retirement doesn't put him at No#1, he is at no#3, but can be argued at being no#2..On the facts that since Floyd Jr retired. MANNY beat BARRERA, MARQUEZ, DIAZ, DE LA HOYA, AND HATTON...Marquez beat BARRERA, CASAMAYOR, DIAZ. Based on my facts, I think even boxing experts would agree with me that PACQUIAO'S accomplishments are better than MARQUEZ since Floyd JR retired.

I dont think he's much stronger or bigger, he came in for his 130 fight with JMM last year on fight day at 145 pounds and he came in against Hatton if i can recall I believe 149 so he's pretty much the same size going up two weight classes... He has the same speed as he had last year as well... So what exactly is the improvement he has had in the last twelve months? It's not like he showcased some new skill that he didnt have last year against De La Hoya or Hatton? The same Pacquio from 08 would of did that to Hatton as well... Yes Pacquio has improved tremendously over his career but his last two fights havnt showcased to me these "stronger, faster, more skilled" attribues you are speaking of
WTF! Im a huge JMM fan but im not that biased to not see the improvements of PAC. And oh in case you didn't notice PACs right hand has KO power now. JMM knows that Pacs only weapon is the left thats why he always survived the attack of Pac and able to counter him all night, as long he avoids the left of Pac(all KO suffered by Jmm is caused by left of Pac). Now its different PAC has both KO in his both hands as a JMM fan its sad to say he will now have a hard time to counter Pac.
