I think Floyd has the advantage because he's fought bigger guys for a long time. Guys who got to make a higher weight at the weigh in.
He's stronger.
JMM has 90% of his fights below superfeather. He's comfortable lower.
50 of 55 fights at 130 or lowe.
It's not the only reason Floyd will win. Floyd's quicker anyways.
And has fought higher numerous times and over 130 all but 13 times.
That's what I am saying.
JMM moved up when he was 34 years old (around)
Don't make it out like it's two guys comfortable in the same division when JMM has never even fought there.
Floyd could have fought at 157 his whole life, yet the weight advantage over JMM will still be minimal.
Listen, If JMM weighs in at 142 and Floyd weighs in 146. There should be no excuses. Because at 142 that was JMM best performance when he beat 147 Pacman(at 130). Floyd doesn’t use his weight as any advantage so JMM can no excuses about being bullied.
End of the day, the weigh in is NOT the actual weight you are fighting at Weigh in is basically who can drain themselves as best as possible and survive the consequences.Comment

Floyd is the one that insinuated that "4 lbs" is enough to make JMM the "smaller man" and therefore not able to beat Floyd.[
I never said he wasnt smaller , Ive actually quoted what his weight will be which will be 4 pound less than Floyd ,, why is it you haters sooner speculate the weight by saying just bigger can mean anything , you know its only 4 pound but you want to insinute its a huge difference to prop your hater agenda , its not near the weight difference like it would be Floyd or Pac fighting Cotto but thats ok for you ,,,, and there is your double standard the like of what the haters throw in here every day .Comment

There aren't excuses.
I have to admit, I would prefer two guys who fought in the same division before to be honest, but it's ain't gonna happen.
Bob Foster went up from light heavyweight to face Ali. And he was a 6'3 guy with a long reach. And he was great but got his ass beat going up 12 to 15 pounds to take on the champ.
I don't think this fight would diminish JMM's legacy or Floyd's for that matter.
I just don't think it's the best fight that could be made right now.
And I think it's bad for JMM jumped 10 pounds at such a late age.Comment
