      It's a bad loss. Clearly.

Do you not feel a little bit like a simpleton when saying that to describe an undisputed former Cruiserweight champion? and a former world amateur silver medalist, and a man who is up to his neck in clunge.

Wladimir should easily KO Haye in a couple of rounds, if not he's really pathetic.

I Hope Haye catches him though.

He's not a bum, just arrogant. Hubris is the biggest ass-kicker in the universe.

I swear that fight would have been stopped in the 1st like 90% of British refs.

                Carl Thompson was the man.

The only shame in losing to Thompson is that he lost to a 40 year old. Having said that Haye was virtually a novice pro at that time and Thompson IS a former world champ. On top of all this Thompson is one of the most RESILIENT fighters you will ever see.

His loss to Johnny Nelson was a debatable stoppage, he went to war with Chris Eubank and looked to be on the verge of being TKO'd a couple of times, but came roaring back. The fight before that Haye fight against Sebastiaan Rothmann encapsulates what kind of fighter Thompson is/was 40 or not.

                    Bad matchmaking imo.

Especially that early in a career. Thompson was accustomed to taking beatings and coming back. Haye was just accustomed to giving beatings.
