In my opinion he beat Floyd Mayweather, and he was
    biggest and strongest lightweight ever.

Yup, Johnston, Bazan, Lazcano, Casamayor, Julio Diaz, and Corrales are great wins. He was in that war with Corrales. He had a close fight with Mayweather. Won the WBC belt twice, defended it 5 times.

Maybe not overall, but at that weight, he was a monster. His only negative at 135 were his two losses to Mayweather, but you can't dig at anyone for that, plus the first fight was really close. I actually had it for Castillo, 7-5.

I think he's a top 20 Lightweight. And I think that puts him in line to be one of the 250 greatest fighters of all time...

And for the record, there have been hall of famers I wouldn't rate in the top 500.

He has a pretty good resume at 135 but not great, and deff not all time great. I don't believe he beat Floyd either.
