No power and too much holding! He did impress me with his willingness to bully the bully! So the SOFT question is out! Now he needs to be a finisher. C+!

after miranda landed a right hand in the 2nd that made andre think twice about geting into a slugfest he just held the rest of the rounds and tried to gauge miranda's eye out with his elbow, choke and lean all his weight down on mirandas head and how many warning did the ref give with no point deducted

That was GARBAGE!!! Dominant but very frustrating to watch. What's the deal with the announcers they sounded like they had a crush on ward. He's a good fighter but I don't see him matching up well with the top of this division.

some how all this holding doesn't convince me....there is nothing like the lower weight fighters to put fans on their feet..this is why i hope haye knocks out klitschko and give us an exiting heavyweight

The SOFT question has been the main question about the guy. Everyone knew he was a crazy talented boxer, for some reason people had this idea of him not having a tough enough mentality. Id like to point out I saw otherwise long ago.
Ward showed up tonight, he is tough, rugged, he can work through adversity and he has a world class skill set. Maybe he isnt perfect, but he presents a challenge for any SMW today.
