2002-UD win twice vs Jose Luis Castillo

    2005-KO win over Arturo Gatti

    2006-UD win over Zab Judah

I think Floyd's a lil better. Pacman has a good good 09 basically doing what floyd has already done!

Im not gonna defend the writer's argument....but i believe the basic message he was tryin to get across is that if Mayweather really had the kind of talent he says he does....then he should have been able to make it look easy.

Manny has been able to make it look easy. Y'all can **** on the fights he's had with Marquez all you want but watch floyd barely get away with a split decision against him too.

because he made it look easy against Ricky Hatton and DLH??? the DLH **** was a ****ing fluke..we all know that was not aq healthy DLH....he was drained out...i give him no props for that....ill givem props for ****ing up Hatton but we all know Hatton is as overratted as Joe Calzaghe....JMM was not easy either time and who the **** is David Diaz??? Manny is getting way to much credit....i guess if you beat DLH you get that award cuz didnt Floyd get it the year he beat DLH and hatton?? weird

Pacquiao is this generation's best. The funny thing is, he did what Floyd was supposed to do by doing the same thing Floyd did.
this **** don't matter......real fans know what'll happen if the two ever meet in the ring.

This is about proving yourself over a decade. Mayweather has been a part time fighter for 3 years, Manny has been taking on all challenges and staying active.

Hmm, I wonder why they think he's accomplished more this decade.

                  truth right here!!!

It took manny 3 fights with Morales, 2 fights with MAB, and 2 fights with JMM. And til this day, 2 fights later, he still hasn't prove that he is better than JMM.

That right there makes him fighter of the decade. Floyd has been remotely close to losing to none of these champs. also that is another thing to look at Floyd as fought more champions than them and alwasy look great.

The guy in the article said there is no room for perfection in boxing.....this is simply a haters comment. the author is basically saying "floyd is just too good to be fighter of the decade!"

Floyd takes the easy way out. Skills mean nothing unless you compete against the best. So stop it. I gave floyd props for 00-02. That's all he get cuz he cherry picks.

The writer quoted someone that said "no one wants a perfect fighter". He didn't say that. Read the article.

If floyd was the fighter of the decade it would be sad, cuz all he does is make excuses and not make the fights we want to see as fans. The list of fights floyd hasn't made for the last 10 yrs is more impressive than the ones he has.

floyd Mayweather jr.- 19-0 in championship fights, 12 title defenses 5 world titles three being lineal held both the 130-and 135 lineal title simultaneously. held the 147-154 title simultaneously

manny pacquiao- 8-2-2 in championship fights with 4 title defenses failed in his attempt to become the 122 and 126 champion simultaneoulsy by failing to defeat juan manuel marquez the first time failed in his attempt to become the lineal champ at 130 and 135 simultaneouly by fighting david diaz instead of joel casamyaor

                      these are the facts:

floyd has reigned undefeated for 11 ye4ars and been considred a p4p fighter for close to ten years. manny has not
