Manny is great and its not his fault ppl are comparing him but the guy is being compared to the second greatest boxer of all time when manny isnt in most peoples top 50. Henry had 3 belts all at the same time and people ringside said he got robbed from a 4th. When there was only 8 divisions. Thats like ivan calderon winning his division then beating vic, then beating izzy and juan manuel marquez. You can use your own translation, with any fighters or weight classes but please top with the comparisons. There will never be another henry amrstrong

By the way he drank beer to gain weight...CHEA!

You are correct. This Armstrong comparison is ridiculous. Manny never held the FW, LW and WW titles simultaneously.

There can never be another Henry Armstrong because rules forbid any one fighter from holding tiltes in different divisions at the same time.

The comparisons being made have more to do with Manny's ability to move up in weight and still be as effective or moreso. It would be impossible for Pac to match Hanks feats anyway in this day and age with split titles. But he is certainly this era's Henry Armstrong, no?

LOL. What must you think when Flooydie compares himself to SRR. At least Manny doesn't trumpet his own achievements.

I think it's incredible what he has done. I just hate when they are compared im sorry. It's not his fault like nba players being compared to jordan. It doesn't make u less of a fighter your just not in that level. But it is incredible how he can go up in weight and still be as explosive. But Armstrong did it at just another level

The Manny to Armstrong comparisons have to stop. I mean Manny is outstanding but lets not overdo it.
