I understand that Hatton pulls in considerable amounts of money, but this exploitation at best. I care about the fighters I support, and even the ones I don't. Ricky Hatton was a great champion at 140 since 2005, but it's clearly evident his best days are past him. This is not to say he can't beat a so called B level fighter as you say, he obviously could. But this is defeating his entire point of continuing in his career, which was to be regarded as the top #1 P4P fighter, and he was defeated 2x in trying to do it. Why go on, besides money and exposure? He's already well off and respected for his accomplishments. This is clearly pride overtaking reason here, and this coming from a major Hatton fan. Reality is harsh, but somebody has to say it. Better me than some "I told you so" Mayweather or Pacquiao fanboy.

Ricky Hatton is such a fricken sore loser, first he says " great for Manny cause he got me with a great first shot " then he says if he didn't the fight would be different fcuk man anyone who saw the fight knew he got out boxed and out classed and last but not least got the fcuke knocked back into reality and not living in his fricken fantasy world where he thinks his the best boxer .. mate who have you fought? What Kosyta man he was way over his prime when you fought him and for Kosysta to fight at 2am Syd time man he accomadate you really well didn't he try fighting him during his prime time and where he didn't have to adjust to your punk ass. Man get over yourself Ricky, and do us all a favbour and fcuken retire or else I will make you DUMB ASS!!!

You do realize you are responding to an admin, right? Ask him this question, "Ban much?"

I don't think so. Calzaghe maybe if anyone would, but Hatton? He doesn't strike me as the type to sell out for money purposes alone. He hasn't shown that his entire career. Calzaghe on the other hand has. And this isn't to bash Joe C, he was a great fighter, maybe a bit too protected but overall he clearly had talent otherwise he wouldn't have retired undefeated. Hatton took everyone on besides Junior Witter, and seriously who cares about Witter? He ducked him, but who gives a damn. Witter is Lord of the Dance, haha.
