      Reed,

You know that you can't ask a Pac-related question on this board, in this present environment.

Any poll will be skewed to Manny's favor... such is the current Pac-love/floyd-hate.

Right, I should just take your opinion over every other single poster on here...

It'd be a huge event, of course. Any PPV Pac is in is a huge event. Cotto is well known enough to make it a huge event.

Plus, Cotto/Margarito was marketed great. A lot of casual fans bought that PPV and even though Cotto lost, they were not disappointed. HBO will bill this fight the same way, guaranteed action, and this will not look like Pac/Hatton. Pac/Cotto will deliver.

what's up with that mangler? ive heard u say countless times that "ww should fight wws" but if pacquiao decided to go to 147 to fight oscar...that makes him in my book, a welter. you say he's small but he is same height as cotto and almost same reach. of course it's going to be a MEGA SUPER event. because that will decide who's the top dog in boxing. if cotto beats pac, he's going righ to the top and that's whne floyd decides retire or beat cotto. pac-cotto has to happen for the best of this sport. we can't have double standards. if pac fought at 147 he should stay there and fight the tops dogs of boxing, which reside at welterweight. it's plain and simple mangler, you make it complicated. i understand that cotto looks bigger at that weight because well he's been there longer than pac, and IMO he does have more of that raw natural power, but he's been shown that he can get hit easily with uppercuts and pac could use that tool to beat him. but cotto already laid out his strat against him, he's going to fight using the jab and slowly breaking pac down.
