yea but its mayweather so i wouldnt be surprised if floyd stays in active or fights someone else whos smaller than him instead of fighting shane while he waits for pac or cotto winner

Floyd Mayweather had a hell of a career and fought top fighters, i had no problem with him retiring even tho i BADLY wanted Cotto to get his shot BUT as i said back then IF he is gonna continue to fight or start fighting again as the case may be, at WW then he MUST fight the Cotto's and Mosley's the true elite fighters off the division.

Is Floyd a WW? If he thinks these guys are too strong move down to 140 if not - ****en fight em!

there's no such thing as a situation that will force Mayweather to fight someone. He will drop his belt to avoid a mandatory and/or retire if he has to.

I agree and then he came back with excuses of Cotto not being popular or a fighter that has no following. Cotto has an entire country following him
but that's still not enough for Floyd.
