boxing is a sport this is what most of you seem to not understand,margarito was so thirsty that he approached floyd at a press confrence and floyd tells him don't worry you'll get your chance but margarito did nothing after that to deserve a fight with mayweather, margarito had a long layoff then he fought clottey in a fight that could of went either way and no one was impressed by margarito in that fight then margarito loses to williams, do you see any sport put a team in the playoffs that has not deserved it? did the mlb put the yankees in the playoofs last year just so they can play the red sox? if margarito was 1 of the top dogs then floyd would of probably fought him, do you not remember that shane did not want to fight margarito at 1 point because he was nobody but once margarito became a somebody shane spanked that ass

floyd did say that cotto was green but bob arum also said that cotto was not ready for floyd when they were both at 140, yea it was possible for floyd cotto to happen but cotto and his promoters didn't really seem to anxious for this fight until around the time floyd was about to fight hatton so it's not as if for years cotto and aruim were callin floyd out but now that floyd is back he should in my oppinion only fight either cotto or shane since he has already fought the big money fighters in hatton and oscar and it looks as if both those fighters are now in retirement now it's time for him to prove how good he really is
