Barerra was the WBC champ at featherweight and when he took on Johnny Tapia who was the IBF champ for a unification bout, both titles were stripped...Barerra won, he then beat a good Kelvin Kelly before facing Pacquiao. Pacquiao beat the champ and deserves recognition for it.

Not a great way of counting imo, at least call it 5 weight champion, or whatever.

Winning several belts in a division is significant and not everyone can or does move around weights so much, esp higher up.

Although Pac's probably one of my fav's of the names mentioned, his original weight left him at an advantage, it's slightly easier to move up, for one because there's smaller gaps between the weights and there's no ceiling.
