I think the question is who can beat a prime Roy not a 40yr old one. Calzaghe would have been ***** slapped and Roy would have been criticized for fighting someone not anywhere near his level.
Calzaghes style is all wrong for Roy, plus Zaghes chin is superb. Plus Calzaghe in his prime didnt had ****ed up hands, and he was KTFO cats with easy, plus his hands were equally faster as RJJ.

Blame the era he fought in. Blame the quality of fighters he fought. But there are way more accomplished fighters in history than Jones.
That said, he certainly had the talent to be among the top 20. But without actually having the accomplishments compared to other all time greats who rank higher.....no dice.
