I wasn't too impressed either but the one thing he has in his advantage is he's very young, only 26. He has plenty of time to work on his craft and improve.
He has all the right tools - he's very athletic, very fast for light heavyweight, good defensive, great combo's. His chin is decent. His weak points imo is that he fights in spurts which allows his opponents to win rounds and it creates the sensation that he's not a very exciting fighter and his stamina probably isn't the best since he tends to fade late in fights (I assume this is the main reason for him fighting in spurts).
If he could add some "killer instinct" that is the will to finish off his opponent and work on his overall conditioning, he could be elite.
Until then I agree that he's a B+ fighter in a weak division.
