Id say Pac is the more "Clean EFFECTIVE Puncher". You got to remember that precision punching doesn't automatically mean clean effective punching. Floyd pot shots people all night, in usually pretty boring fashion. Does that make his punches more effective than Manny's, Nope. I'd say Manny takes the top two criteria, which carry the most weight when judging boxing rounds.

People seem to have forgotten how explosive and exciting Floyd was before he move up past 140. Only at the higher the weights did he start to become less exciting and more defensively orientated. There's NO DOUBT that Pac is the more exciting fighter now because he lets it all hang out in the ring which is why I favor Floyd to beat him. Getting wild like Pac does at times against a great defensive counter-puncher like PBF is dangerous as we saw twice when Pac fought JMM (nearly losing both fights) except Floyd is bigger, better, harder puncher, faster and just an all around better fighter than JMM is and we will see this fact when Floyd fights JMM IMO.

Explosive and exciting? Ok he picked more spots to stand and trade at times below 140, only because he was bigger than almost everyone he fought. He was a huge 130 pounder. And he was still defensive, he was never an explosive fighter. Manny has come up from 106lbs to thrash Oscar and put Hatton completley to sleep. In his last three fights he's won a Lightwieght championship by KTFO, at Welterweight he retired Oscar, and almost killed Hatton for the 140 Ring championship. Manny is untouchable right now and a better Fighter than Floyd.
