Pac fought Oscar at 147, I think it is OK he fights Cotto there.

Pac looked GREAT against Oscar, no?
Im with u man, why fight Oscar at 14 but not Miguel? Cotto was a Corpse at 140 YEARS ago something tells me its not gonna be any easier after settling into WW, the man is a full fledged 147 fighter anything less and its not the real him in there. The fight is so Juicey tho id be happy enough with Cotto taking it if its at 145 (but not a pound less) and he gets to gain after the weigh in

Even Cotto knows a boxer who moves would cause Pacman problems. If Morales won using that, you guys believe Pacquiao would beat Mayweather?

The pacquiao that lost to morales the 1st time is nonexistent. In case u havent noticed Pacquiao done got better. Guys who move? morales is not a mover, he's a attacker/boxer. People think pressure beats pacquiao, maybe the one handed still developing pacquiao, but the pacquiao now, why dont u guys talk to the ferocious ricky hatton see what he says.

I don`t care about the hypothetic Pacquaio/Cotto until it is official...

First of all i want to see Cotto defeating Clottey.

Well, first of all Manny improved a lot since that fight.

Secondly, fast Judah caused problems to Mayweather in the early rounds...
Then two things happened: Mayweather adjusted to his style, and Zab slowed down. BUT! The fact is that fast opponents cause problems to Mayweather and Manny is far better than Judah

So, in the Manny/Floyd i would bet on Pacquaio

Cotto's jab would be a BIG problem for Pacquiao. But now after everything we have saw Pacquiao doing some people thinks Pacquiao is "invencible". He might be, but i don't think so.
Cotto is not "one dimensional" fighter, he just lacks defense. He is great boxer, he is no Hatton.

I guess is the only way Arum would entice Cotto to stay with him by saying that fight would happen in the end of the year. I don't see it happening and Cotto still got to get thru Clottey, not an easy task

since mayweather jr. scheduled to fight marquez, instead of pacman laylow for 6 months, why not have a tune up fight first for pacman before he face mayweather jr. on december... there's a lot of worthy opponent for pacman in a 140 lbs. division... there is timothy bradley, junior witter, juan urango, kendall holt.

cotto and pacman, i dont think that fight is goin to happen. cotto said that he will never go down below 147 lbs... bub arum is just spinning our head
throwing all these names to pacman.

pacman vs mayweather... king vs king. arum make this fight happen.

boo the catchweight, as it looks now, why not fight Cotto straight up at 147, Pacquiao could add another title in yet another division (Welterweight)

why give that up to fight Cotto at say 142-144?

agreed, Cotto has a belt at 147, why not Pacquiao fight him at Welter

anything less then 147 takes away from the fight IMO.

why is a weight drained DLH the only fighter Pac can fight at Welter?
