Cotto is Prepared To Fight Pacquiao After Clottey

WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto has no problem with fighting Manny Pacquiao at the end of the year. First Cotto has to get past a very tough fight with Joshua Clottey on June 13 in New York's Madison Square Garden. Pacquiao plans to sit ringside. [details]

Cotto, are you dropping to 140lbs-142lbs??? Are you going to be allow to step in the ring close to 160lbs.??? When those questions are answer first, then I will buy the idea. Until then, beat Clottey!

He'll move down in weight for a big payday. Then ditch Arum and self-promote thereafter.

This would be a great fight, I said before that I didn't see the point of a Pacquiao-Cotto fight but I really wouldn't mind seeing it now. Cotto has to get past Clottey though, which is not going to be easy.

              And Morales moved on Pacquiao?

Cotto can come down to 142, and then we can see whats good.

Morales used his jab, and power boxed and stood his ground. I really don't know what Cotto means about Morales moving.

Everyone just wants to fight the #1 P4P these days. Everyone just wants to cash in on Pacquiao. I'd rather see JMM/Mayweather vs Pacquiao. Cotto should fight Mosley, Paul Williams, or Mayweather. Of course then again Bob Arum has to make as much money as he can before Cotto leaves Top Rank.
