I see no problem with this fight...Cotto won't go down hard like Hatton that's for sure. He can take a punch with the best of them.

It'll be fire works and that's what this sport is about sometimes. I much rather see toe-to-toe between these two as opposed to Manny chasing after a countering Floyd. As much as I appreciate Floyd and his skills; I just want to see someone **** with Manny right now. Hatton couldn't, Oscar was a mummy and David didn't belong in the same building.

Cotto needs to go for the kill...I think he will truly destroy Clottey. Something tells me he is motivated beyond doubt.

Well, first of all Manny improved a lot since that fight.

Secondly, fast Judah caused problems to Mayweather in the early rounds...
Then two things happened: Mayweather adjusted to his style, and Zab slowed down. BUT! The fact is that fast opponents cause problems to Mayweather and Manny is far better than Judah

So, in the Manny/Floyd i would bet on Pacquaio

Why don't you tell Mayweather that? Cotto has fought nothing but WW's since he's been a contender/champion. He's easily got the best WW resume out there right now, and it will only improve by adding Clottey to the list of opponents. Win or lose, Cotto has been the best WW over the last 5 years.

Are you bugging? Mayweather was more dominate at lower weights then
he was at 147. Manny would put up a good and competitive match but
the patience and accuracy of Mayweather would get him the win.
When/If the fight is made we can bet how many points you want.
The fight will most likely be a catch weight because Manny couldn't
move up and be effective and would need an advantage. Mayweather
would move down only because Freddie and Pac would want the fight
at a catch not because Floyd would want to take advantage and the
same went for Marquez. Floyd can move down and be effective but
Manny/JMM cannot move up and be effective against Mayweather.

The reason Cotto mention movement is because Pac is fast and to beat a fast fighter, ur ass better be fast too. Cotto can box and punch with the best of them. My main concern is all these haters taking food out of Cotto's mouth! WTF is the problem with Cotto fighting the best P4P fighter out there?

No disrespect to Cotto, but when he refers to the Morales win over PACQUIAO in 2005, he gonna be in for a rude awakening. Now if this fight happens at a catchweight of 140-145, I like Manny's chances. First of all Miguel cotto is not that fast, but has power possibly harder than Ricky Hatton, but his chin is also a suspect. I guarantee that Cotto cannot match Pacquiao's speed. Going back to that Morales win against PACQUIAO, people can forget about that, for many reasons, the distraction in pacquiao's camp about that piece of **** MURAD MUHAMMAD his former promoter, then he was fooled into wearing the Japanese (pillow padded) gloves, despite the cut and the blood gushing in PACQUIAO'S sight he still manage not to get KO. With that said, I think that the Mayweather fight is harder than the COTTO fight. I really think that PACQUIAO should fight COTTO first and make MAYWEATHER wait. Before people say anthing about that Mosley/Cotto win, Mosley for one is not consistent, that two loses he had with VERNON FORREST showed that Mosley can be beat and Mosley was almost crying in that fight. Bottomline is Pacquiao has nothing to lose if he loses to Mayweather and Cotto, but a lot to gain as being the all time great. With that said, TO ALL PAC HATERS, PACQUIAO dock no one and based on what he did last week, the man is a HALL OF FAMER and will go down in history as one of the best fighters to ever live.
