I didn't like it. To me it seemed like Barrera knew he couldn't win so he never really got in there and got dirty. To me it seemed like he did it to redeem himself from the whooping he got previously, I think it was the 11th round TKO, massacre from Pacman.

I have said this in another thread. Arum and Roach are sculpting Pacquiao into this seemingly GOAT fighter. They are going about choosing his opponents very cleverly.

In Oscar they picked a guy with 3 losses in his last 6 fights, someone who had to drop down to a weight he's not made in nearly a decade, someone on the verge of retirement - all MAJOR advantages to Manny.

Next there's Hatton. A braver move by Roach and Arum, but again Roach knew Manny would have a BIG advantage in this fight. He knew Hatton has pretty much zero defence and is a fighter tailor made for Pac's style - hence his 3 round KO prediction.

Now he wants to go after the big WW, but again making them drop down in weight creating a bigger advantage for Manny. If Manny is not big enough to fight WW's then DON'T FIGHT THEM! It's totally unfair for WW's to have to come into a fight against a prime, healthy fighter, weight drained.

Arum and Roach are picking guys who are big names, but at the same time creating an advantage for Manny, which is just not fair IMO. If Manny can't fight these guys on an even playing field, then don't fight them, period. He should fight the guys at LWW and below if that's who he can have a fair fight against.

**** the f**k up with all these "advantages". Maybe PAC should've never fought MAB since he wasn't the favorite, maybe he should've never fought Erika the first time, maybe he should've never fought the toughest, smartest s*n of a b*tch in JMM(not once but twice).

FYI - PAC was a huge underdog against De La Puto, obviously the experts didn't think PAC had any advantage.

Name any of those top-flight fighters that PAC fought that started their pro career at 106lbs!!

Exactly, MAB, ERIK, JMM - these are the kind of guys I give him credit for beating. It was on an even playing field, well, first time round for MAB and Morales. I'm saying, fighting above weights where he should be, and creating an advantage by making guys like Cotto and Mosley drop down in weight is just not right. If he can't fight those guys in a fair fight, then don't fight them. Go back down to lightweight or stay at LWW. Don't pick on guys you admit you can't beat unless they're weight drained.

Conspiracy theory? Roach has admitted that he has to, and I quote, "look after my guy". Why does Manny have to fight WW's by making them drop down in weight and give Manny an advantage? All I'm saying is, either fight them at their own weight or don't fight them at all. He can fight guys at lightweight and LWW on an even playing field, so why not just fight them?
