Yes but the "big" punches were not enough to steal the round.... that's just being biased. How does he know what was "HARDER" than others???? I could count a lot of fights where the shots didn't look too bad but were indeed extremely punishing. Chavez vs Taylor comes to mind.
Pac VS JMM 2, Your honest unbiased opinion who do you think really won.

The Marquez Brothers think any fight that goes to the scorecards should be given to them. What Marquez always seems to forget is getting dumped on his ass in his biggest fights. If he wants to cry robbery, he at least has to stay on his feet and do more damage than his opponent because you can't cry robbery when every round is close.Comment

I see, the 7th round was the one you gave to Marquez. I gave that round to Pac. The first 1. min and 30 seconds was pretty mild with both landing light shots. But then the headbut came. Then after that Pac turned up the tempo and started landing 1, 2 and a bit of combos while Marquez himself was throwing back but landing very little. And then in the end Pac land another straight Left to end the round. I thought it was pretty clear for Pac, but everyone sees different.
JMM vs Pac 3 better happen soon, because JMM ain't getting any younger.
I'm still giving it to Marquez on consistency. There's about a 20 second stretch where Pac lands a couple of hard left hands of 1-2's, but that's really all he seemed to do in the round.
The 1st half of the round was slow, but JMM was doing good work. He hit Pac with two VERY good body shots, one of which definitely hurt Pac a little cause he did his ****** glove tapping thing.
Close round, but I felt Marquez overall did more, the crowd ooh's and ahh's when Pac lets his hands go, but they give the impression that Pac did more damage than he did.Comment

What people also fail to realize is Pacquiao even since that fight has become an all around better fighter. He doesn't go in and just try to slug with everyone and has become much more patient and is more of a boxer / puncher now. Marquez is the same fighter (style wise) from when he fought Pac all the way to him beating Diaz. I think a Pac vs JMM III might be more one sided that the previous fights in favor of Pacquiao, but that's just how I see things now based on both guys' performance in the ring since their last fight.Comment

Ok I watched it again, and it was a very close round.
