i dont think Mayweather should be so high on the list. Winky was ranked number 10 for most of 2008 and eventually taken off due to inactivity, why does Mayweather jump straight to 3?

          Ring:
Don't think Ricky will be on there for long. I thikn Caballero needs another signature win, if he can get anyone in the ring! I would remove Ricky and Caballero and put Vic at 8, Pwill (recent victories) at 9 and Boat Buyer at 10. (He hasn't fought a live body in a long time, oscar don't count).

Box Scene. Vic should definitely be on there over Dawson, due to recent competition. Boat buyer at 10 (he hasn't done anything to merit a high ranking in a long time but he can get a ranking based on his skills. Not gonna argue Izzy as long as you put him back on when he signs a fight. Cotto hasn't looked pfp (even though Margs probably cheated), so you could put Vic in over him as well.

Floyd is in the same position as Jordan, when Jordan retire the first time after he won 3 championships and he said he was bored with the sport.

Jordan wasnt the greatest ever at that point, but he was on the cusp of becoming that, but at that time Jordan was the best in the sport when he retired. And when he returned although he had been retire for 2 years, he still was the best in the sport even though Hakeem Olajuwon was dominating when Jordan was gone.

            It is like this.

Generally Once you are considered the best, you do not lost that position in the people's mind until you lose in convincing fashion.

It happen with Tyson when he return to boxing after he went jail. he was still considered #1 even though he didnt fight for what 3 years.
but when he came back, he still was #1 in the people and majority of the sport mind that he was #1.

It Happen with Ali when he got banned from boxing. He came back @1
It Happen SRL when he retired from boxing because of his eye. He came back @1

and it has now happen with Floyd
It is just the way it is...

Now that Floyd is back in the sport he will have all the expectations of being the #1 fighter in sport.

People will treat floyd the same way they treated him before he retired.as the #1 fighter in the sport.

they will treat him as the #1 fighter in the sport.

That is why you see people not blatantly putting him at #1 even though he hasnt fought a fight yet, but nobody will put him lower than #3 as you see with this list.

Floyd has earn the respect that he is getting from people.
and he will never be rated lower then #3 as long as he is active and undefeated..

              undefeated..
That's a steamy pile of doo doo. PFP is based on your recent body of work in the ring. Jordan proved he was the best in the sport by dominating the best teams in league every night. Floyd hasn't done anything close to that in 8 years. You can lose top PFP because it is a mythical title, not a belt or a lineal championship. It's all about who is the best fighter at the time. There are numerous boxers who have much better resumes over the last 5 years than Floyd. I would give him 10 maybe based on skills and potential, but he hasn't done **** and your argument is ******ed. Being undefeated has nothing to do with being PFP.

Get rid of Williams no way, i think Mayweather should be under Mosley, Hopkins untill his next win against Marquez, unless the other 2 fight before then. Dude was p4p 2 years ago now, he shouldnt be that high up after such a long lay off, considering these 2 greats have had top wins of late.

There is so claim to him not being there at all untill he wins against Marquez (probably) tbh

name ten fighters who are better than Floyd Mayweather Pound for Pound?

Pound for Pound is almost universally recognize as the best boxer regardless of weight.

If Wladimir Klitschko and Mayweather were in the same weight class and were to match their skills against one another in the ring, which fighter would win?

So name ten fighters who would beat mayweather if they were the same size?
