how does vasquez get the boot off the list while rafa who vasquez last beat stays on?

why does israel get taken out for having not fought for a year while floyd is back on when he hasn't fought in a year and a half?

I think Vasquez is still waiting for approval to return and Marquez has a date Im not 100% sure though.

If Floyd never said that he was retiring, would he have dropped down to third? I don't think so. I think he still deserves to be on the list and second at that (I would've moved Pac to #1 after what he did to Hatton regardless of if Mayweather would've fought yesterday).

As for Rafa Marquez, really? He lost his last two to Izzy and you put Rafa on the list and not Vazquez? What a joke!
