Pac's already regarded as an ATG. Mayweather needs Pacman more than Pacman needs Mayweather.

considering that PBF has defeated far more ATG fighters IN THEIR PRIME, Pacman needs PBF more to secure a sense of legitimacy in his resume. Remember PBF is undefeated and Pacman has 3 losses, 2 embarrassing knockouts.

From fighting Flyweight all the way to Welter Weight.

Victories over Future Hall of Famers
                MAB (2-0)
                E.M. (2-1)
                JMM (Tie, 1)

And a brutal victory over p4p #8 as of As of April 26, 2009

Pac Man has nothing more to prove. Mayweather, is a gifted athlete. I would say more so then Manny. Who grew up in boxing. But Manny is poor kid, who matured into a great Boxer/Puncher. His accomplishments where accomplished out of hunger and necessity. That’s why he will be regarded as an All Time Great.

name ONE all-time great on pbf's resume.

                  oscar isn't.

                  hatton isn't.

                  gatti isn't.

                  zab isn't.

                  genaro isn't.

                  castillo isn't.

                  corrales isn't.

the only first ballot HOFer on floyd's resume is oscar and he ain't an atg nor was he in his prime when floyd beat him.

legacy wise floyd needs a win over pac more than the other way around.

think about it. if pac retires today he's accomplished more and regarded higher. whether floyd fans would agree or not , it's the truth. it might be debatable somewhat but the majority would pick pacquiao's career over floyd's.

financial wise pac is already set. 1 dollar is worth 50 pesos. the money he earns goes a long way in the philippines. whether true or not , there's already rumors that floyd had financial problems.
