Pac can do without PBF by fighting Cotto or Mosley, for his 7th title/class breaking all records, possibly 5th lineal with Mosley. Then hopefully, if Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. acquires an alpha title, Pac would target yet another 8th title/class, and therefore become greater than Henry Armstrong.

He doesn`t really need Floyd nor JMM.

and yet if PBF beats a few good names (JMM to start) and retires undefeated, he'll still be considered greater than Pacman on ATG lists because he has the coveted 0 in the loss column and Pacman has 3 losses including two embarrassing KTFO.

list all the top ATG with an 0.

rocky marciano? does he even make top 10 in most people's all time lists anymore?

it's not about the 0 , it's about who you fought and the fights people will remember.

pacquiao fought a higher quality of opposition , fought the bigger named and more highly regarded opponents and had the more memorable fights.

Floyd fought better opposition than Calzaghe and those other bums firstly, secondly he's a 5 division champ, was Calzaghe? Oh that's right he was lucky to be a 1 division champ.

yea division 1: loss to JMM
division 2: beat no name journeyman Diaz
division 3: beat washed up old retired weight drained zombie
division 4: beat over hyped club fighter

last 2 divisions being sloppy second left overs from the superior Mayweather who beat two better and more prime versions of those fighters.

Can you name me fighters of the top 10 ATG who has no loss? The traits which made Henry Armstrong #3 ATG would be applied to Pacman, and would surpass PBF`s accomplishments per se, especially if he conquers WW and SWW. Imagine if he beats PBF in between.
