Man JMM is one of my favorite fighters, but he has no chance in this, and will get knocked out.

This fight along with tonight will make this year the best year for boxing in a long while.
        i agree.

143 was to me the absolute limit on it being a real fight...i think it will be a great fight.

I guess being a C-List celebrity wasn't all it was cracked up to be. This will be an easy fight for Floyd and I expect it to be a warmup fight for the winner of tonight's fight. Floyd is nobody outside of boxing, it was just a matter of time for him to come back for another payday.

floyd should be able to make 143 easy, hopefully it won't effect him too much.

He is under 150 right now. He could have did 140 is he really wanted but that would be giving Marquez more than a Fighting chance than he has to give him.

i was just about to ask.

so it's 143lbs? i must admit that's lower than i expected. good on Floyd

they do say cutting weight is twice as hard as putting on weight so it seems like a fair-ish number if you take into consideration that Marquez was moving to 140lbs anyway

People need to stop complaining about the weight and enjoy this fight. When is the last time the best 2 p4p fighters, that were as skilled as these 2, both coming off ko wins got in the ring? This is historical fight for boxing and all I hear is crying about 4 lbs. And saying this is a mismatch or tuneup makes no sense by following it with you want to see Mayweather-Pacquiao instead; they're both on the same level.

OMG, 143? That definatly isnt a big stretch from 140. To me there are no excuses

mayweather is so slick. since hes been out for a bit, id hope it may give other fighters a better chance. make things a little more interesting to watch.
