Pavlik's Trainer Says Duddy is an Overrated Fighter

Last week at the Prudential Center in New Jersey, unknown middleweight contender Billy Lyell (19-7, 3 KOs) won a split decision over previously undefeated "Irish" John Duddy (26-1, 17 KOs). The scores were 96-94, 98-92 for Lyell and 97-93 for Duddy. [details]

No one on Pavliks team should talk about any fighter being overrated. I am a fan of his but this is just foolish. Fight Abraham and just be quiet Leow.

If you are truely a fan of Pavlik, you will know he has agreed to fighting Abraham after the Mora fight.I believe height and reach plays a role in the fight with Arthur.Everyone seems to forget the big difference and just hones in on Arthur's power. Pavlik has power as well, works like a horse, and is much taller. It will be a big test for Abraham,as it will for Pavlik. Both have showed power, perseverance, and good jaws (except when Arthur's got broken from Miranda-lol).

That is the best news I heard all day. Abraham vs Pavlik is FOTY material.

Who has overrated him? He is what he is, maybe he can improve and be something one day but never seen anyone truly overrate him.

By that reasoning does that mean Pacquaio is overrated to as he lost early in his career as did Hopkins

John Duddy is way overrated! One of the most overrated fighters in boxing, I think Peter Manfredo can beat him.
