Godfrey had an excitng win against Nwodo, fought a very close pts loss overseas, and he beat Eddie from Oak Lawn in his last fight.
I actually saw Eddie Guitierrez first fight as a pro at the Rumble at the Ramada in Rosemont
Godfrey is no easy defense for anyone considering his long and storied amateur career.Comment

for the last time Tarver exercised his rematch clause and Dawson had to face him.
**dropping the title and avoiding a Tarver fight altogether woulda been a better option though
but amazing that the media will poo on HBO/boxing for the Dawson/Tarver fight yet forget to mention that little hiccup about Tarver having a rematch clause. lol
and I guess HBO bought the fight because they see Dawson as a big thingComment

Should be a good fight, but I'am rather dissapointed than Glen Johnson will not be Adamek's next fight, I was really looking foward to to that one, hopefully it can still happen down the line.
I wish HBO just would of accepted the bout, really ****** move by them.Comment

It's worth it if they put the money towards Dawson-Hopkins instead.Comment
