You're kind of forgetting how he struggled with Lazcano a fighter who's way past his prime considering that Lazcano was just a contender, he also did not look to good against Urango, he was blown out by Floyd which was a no brainer and he also has a controversial victory over Collazo in another fight that he looked pretty outboxed.

This is simple, if hatton wins a desicion he will get to be #5 if he KOs Pacquiao in a competitive fight he gets to be #4 nd if he totally dominates Paquiao he will be #3.
