Jones Jr(current one) vs Froch

Jones would jab, jab, double left hook or....crush Froch every time he throws that uppercut from 7 feet away. Froch is way too slow and keeps his hands down too much. Roy would tag him easily with that jab and should he tie up when Froch gets in close, he should win an easy UD. Calzaghe throws crazy combinations while Froch may toss up a 3 or 4 punch combo if the guy is completely out on his feet, during the fight he seems happy with a 1 or 2 punch strategy.

Jones beats him to the punch all night long.

Froch by TKO....I don't think Roy could handle that kind of pressure for 12 rounds....Hell if Lacy brings his A game he still has a shot at over whelming Roy with his pressure style but thats quite unlikely IMO.

Jones would be on another bad end of a brutal knockout, and Froch punches much harder than both Johnson and Tarver. It wouldn't go that long at all. Froch is too young, has too much stamina and hes also a counter puncher. I don't think Roy would want to go this route.

I sure as hell wouldn't say Froch punches harder than Tarver but I agree that he would KO Jones.

Jones should steer clear of Pavlik, Adamek, Froch or any other fighter who has a big punch..

Froch is not a much harder puncher than the version of Tarver that KO'd Jones.

When a prime Tarver sat down on his punches, as he did against Roy - particularly in their second fight - he had a great deal more punching power than Froch does.

Having said that, Froch by KO. He does have power and he is just too young, strong and hungry for this version of Roy.
