Froch didn't do anything to Taylor that Tarver wouldn't do faster and easier.

Taylor had been stopped before.RJJ had never been stopped until Tarver.


First to KO RJJ > 2nd to KO Taylor.

Taylor doesn't have a weak chin the way Jones did, and when Johnson stopped Jones only a few months earlier, that kinda made Tarver's performance seem less great. Roy's best days were clearly behind him.

What I am trying to say is that whilst Lacy is now a poor fighter I think he still has sufficient power to hurt Jones. Sure Jones could box the **** out of him for 12 rounds but I think there is a reasonable chance that Lacy could stop ROy. Roy has basically no defensive skills at this point and a pretty weak chin.

Jones would be on another bad end of a brutal knockout, and Froch punches much harder than both Johnson and Tarver. It wouldn't go that long at all. Froch is too young, has too much stamina and hes also a counter puncher. I don't think Roy would want to go this route.
