I like Hamed very much... and seing almost every fight of his... he was something special... but this falls back on boxing fundamentals...

Pacquiao is a beast... and Hamed against guys who had good handspeed was always there to be hit...

Pacquiao by KO or decision... Hamed's only chance would be that he lands such a shot... but if he clowns in front of Pacquiao with his hands down... Pacquiao is too fast and hits to hard... we talking about a prime Pacquiao here and not the one handed 126 Pacquiao right??? I love Naseem Hamed but I would have to take almost every good or great fighter of his time over him because of lack of fundamentals... being a puncher and an athlete only brings you so far - until you meet guys who are great boxers and have athletic ability as well

man Hamed is way overrated on these forums, even for the people picking him by modest decision over pacquaio rofl, okay so he wasnt in his prime when he fought a failing barrera?

K so going timeline wise. When Barrera fought Hamed -> Barrera was already semi-retired and had lost twice to Junior Jones for the super bantamweight title first by technically a knockout and second on a soundly unanimous decision -> He also lost to Erik Morales for the super bantamweight title before his fight with Hamed. By this time you can say Barrera was a " damaged " fighter as he was in many brutal fights.

Finally coming to the conclusion Hamed was coming off a 35-0 streak when he faced Barrera and lost. Get the point ? Barrera was in all those wars give and take win and loss and still soundly beat Hamed.

(and for Hamed overraters) yes i have seen the videos of him on youtube outclassing names of fighters that 80%-90% of the people on this forum here can barely pronounce. cept if u were really following hamed over the years.

Ive already posted a while ago in this thread, but I would like to say it again. Pac by DEATH. Naz fought ONE good fighter and got beat. He was nothing but smoke and mirrors.
