Doubt it seeing as Hopkins was still undisputed Middleweight Champ at the time.

So even if he does beat a former flyweight who is fighting for the first time at 140 (im not putting too much emphasis on DLH win) how does that make him p4p#1? Am i the only person who thinks he should beat the other champs at 140 first or at least Timothy Bradley before we even talk like that?
co-sign......if he was to beat Bradley and maybe a Campbell then he would have a good argument......Pac alone won't convince the hardcore fans and writers to crown him

I completely agree, unless he beats Bradley and also prove that he can move up in weight like most other fighters you'd consider great (i mean its one reason why they are considered great right?) and avenge his loss to Mayweather he can never be p4p#1, i personally dont think he would get past Ortiz

lol! tell me you dont believe that.

if pacquiao and marquez both lose which is possible, it just tells me they are too small for 140+, they both looked great at 135 and could rule there but they are stretching it at 140 now. i mean, marquez imo was quite a small lightweight.

Oscar owning The RING is irrelevant. How does that even come into it?
