What makes me laugh is the author of the thread asks the question ad then posts pics of Cotto's DAD and his UNCLE.

Last time I checked, Cotto's MOM and DAD made him not Cotto's UNCLE and DAD lol. Cotto's mom could be black as night, or white as milk, or look like Pocahontas.

Tito is definitley a mulato. He has African features that are unmistakable, but Cotto on the other hand just seemed like he did when he had his hair, but its not a sure thing, hence my thread.

A better question would probably be which percentage of what a puerto rican has in them, they more than likely have all of three, just in different concentrations.
