I think taking a rematch for huge money is kind of lame (IE a Hatton rematch), but... I have never breathed a negative word about Mayweather fighting Hatton the first time. I think it's probably his second best win on his resume, after Corrales.

Where your logic fails is when you start believing that Floyd cares about the public. If Floyd cared about the public he wouldn't fight the way he does, he would fight who he does. If you really believe that Floyd retired because of public opinion, you have a lot more to worry about than poverty and pregnant sisters.
