My bad, I meant under 6 rounds Lol.
the only fights the taylor clearly won were against lacy and ouma and even in the ouma fight who was a much smaller man still kind of made taylor look bad every other fight could of went either way and winky clearly beat him, i don't understand the hype behind fighters that have a bunch of contraversial wins

Voted Eubank, but meant to vote for Taylor,

Eubank was 2-3 in his last 5 bouts, and lost his next two bouts.
Taylor, despite losing to Pavlik, still looked alot better than Eubank did

also the second benn and first watson fights were gifts. malinga fight could have gone either way too. he lost basically half his fights during his title "reign"

Calzaghe was quite a big betting favourite against Eubank.

If you judged Eubanks fights on aggression and workrate, he lost to Malinga, Thornton, Close (first), Benn (second), Amaral, Schommer. But if you judged them on accuracy and economy, he won every one of his fights clearly including Collins (first), Thompson (first).

            It's all subjective.

Anyone who thinks Eubank was shot Vs Calzaghe needs to sit their dumb ass in front of a tape of the two Thompson fights.

Cmon. Eubanks was really diminished when he fought calzaghe, his speed and timing were non existant, and all he had was power.

I havent watched the Eubanck/Close fights again, and I was a kid watching them on tv at the time, but I was furious that Eubank got the decision in the first one, I thought it was a pure robbery. I remember the second one being closer. Its hard to tell, as I'm from N.Ireland I was always gonna root for our local fighter, and I was a kid so who knows.

Yes I know I ****ed up the poll by typing too fast...
Calzaghe was the favourite to beat a washed up Eubank. Eubank had not won a decent fight for year and year. He was pretty much inactive for two years and semi retired. He took the fight at 11 days notice drain.

FROCHS WIN IS A MILLION TIMES SUPERIOR

interesting difference of opinion on Eubank here. Personally, I don't ever remember watching Eubank and thinking he was shot. It got a bit messy for him towards the end of his career but I only ever remember him being courageous in the ring. The Thompson fights were brutal !
