But come on!!.. lately the guy is so classy and Honest.. I can't not like him any longer.. He is a true gentleman .. and maybe that is why he has No killer instinct..

I hope he doesn't quit.. Unlike Judah(who many people are now comparing Taylor too) Taylor has plenty of heart.. If he could just pace himself.. Maybe HE should give away the 1st few rounds for once.. and come on strong later in the fight..?? He is too good to be this bad.. Something should be able to change so this guy can realise his FULL potential..

I am not convinced he is done.. and It's funny because it takes his losses to make see how good he really is..

I think he should Fight Edison Miranda...

Give some Props to Taylor.. one of the true GOOD guys of the sport..
I have very similar thoughts on Taylor. He's very hard to dislike thats for sure. He's certainly not done. The guy will give anyone at 168 a good fight and it's no big secret he doesn't do well against aggressive fighters. He just needs to choose his battles a little more carefully and learn to pace himself a tad better. He was just 1 minute away from winning that fight last night. Props to Froch too, he's an animal. I'd love to see Kessler/Froch in the future.

this board has been about 65% against Taylor if not more from day one so why does everyone suddenly like him now that he's a bust? I guess if Mayweather gets knocked out, people will love him? so ridiculous. I could pull so many posts from this board where people were ragging on Taylor for years just because he edged B-Hop. ****, I wish I was posting here in 2002 and 2003 when the ENTIRE WORLD hated Bernard Hopkins. Now the entire world loves him. This is so silly.

In the future, I vote we give guys props when they deserve it and we won't have this problem. Rag on the underachievers like Judah, Campbell and Taylor and give props to the best on the planet Mayweather, Pacquiao, B-Hop, etc

You've hated Taylor for years, so don't even pretend to BS like this by saying he's hard to dislike. You all are are so full of it

saying Taylor has no heart is rediculous. He's got tons of heart. He always tries to keep going and jumped right back in there with Pavlik after being KOed.....that takes heart and courage. I'd bet he'd do the same if Froch offers him a rematch. The guys all heart.

He must be done than. He can surly beat alot of fighters, but Jermaine Taylor + A pressure fighter with stamina + 12 rounds = A KO loss.

He will be back, but I don't think he will ever be as good as he used to be.

Because Taylor is such a nice guy made that late knockout all the harder to watch. In a way he reminds me of a kid sometimes (not trying to be funny), he gets visibly nervous in interviews and like someone else says, he just doesn't seem to have a killer instinct, like he's aware of his own flaws, and every fight is a huge internal battle against himself. He looked heartbroken when he lost to pavlik 2nd time around ('i did all this effort, i deserved this').
