He just has stamina problems, always has and always will. He reminds me of Frank Bruno is that respect (not skill-wise of course, but just in the sense that Bruno was always super-fit but lacked stamina).
Maybe it's to do with the way he's built, or maybe it's to do with not being able to cope mentally with being under pressure, and the mental pressure making him physically tired. Even then, if he had learnt how to tie up opponents when tired, or how to get on his bicycle like De La Hoya did in the last three rounds against Trinidad, then he'd have won. But he's never learnt how to do that, which for such a skilled boxer is weird - but that flaw has nothing to do with physical primes.
