I agree about the paragraphs, but I also agree with his basic sentiment that Froch should be calling out the no. 1 fighter in his own division, not a retired fighter.

Great fight!! Big thanks go to both fighters

Froch's effort was brilliant! Skill-wise, he's limited but he makes up for it with guts and determination. I love fighters like that. But he needs to drop this Calzhage obsession. Beat the current best fighters like you said you would, make your own mark and the big money fights will come.

As for JT, I'd hate to see him retire. He needs a trainer to work on his ring smarts. Subtle things to make him more efficient (to avoid wasting energy). A conditioning/nutrition coach could also alleviate his tendency to fade late in fights.

It was an amazing effort to get the KO on Taylor and my admiration for him has grown a lot. Just wish he could learn how to defend and keep Calzaghe's name out of his damn mouth!!

Rematch or Kessler next it is then!

Probably one of the best fights i've seen.

I love Froch's style when he just stands there, arms down and comes charging in throwing punches..

The only thing that ruined it was him talking about Calzaghe at the end.

Unfortunately he was specifically asked if he wanted to fight Kessler and he changed the subject and talked about Calzaghe. Ironically, he said "I'm sick of Calzaghe's name." !!

Man what a wicked fight.. Won myself fifty quid in the process.

Froch really needs to tighten up his defence though if he wants to unify the titles and take on the likes of Kesler & Bute.

It was a nice change as usually brits manage to wrestle defeat from the jaws of victory!

This was a great fight. Hats off to Shotime for a great weekend of boxing. I felt Taylor won eight rounds in this fight but had a feeling by the tenth the end was coming. Froch fundamentally is terrible but I can't take anything away from him. With Taylor you just have to question his heart, training, or is he simply just haunted by "The Ghost"

I was so happy when Froch won. I told everyone before he fight that JT would lose. By the end of the 2nd, I was calling for a Froch KO. Never liked JT. He has been the beneficiary of good matchmaking. He managed to avoid punchers his entire career until he fought Pavlik. He got KTFO. Lacy is done and he still managed to put JT on his ass. And now Froch! Eff You JT and GOOD RIDDENS to the overhyped bum you are!
