its have been 4 years ...since the last time i did some heavy workout.. so im just doing cardio now...

My uncle works at a local gym and got me hooked up wit a free membership. They got a lotta good equipment there. I been killin the stair climber. Versatile made a thread on it tellin me it would blow away the nordictrac and elliptical bike I got at the crib, and homey was spot on. Built my legs up and the cardio is killer.
