I don't think so. Nobody in their right mind gives Tito a chance to beat Bernard and it won't sell on PPV. Jones-Hopkins on the other hand can still sell. They are both older and being that Jones had diminished more, the odds of a B-hop victory make it a must see fight, even now. This rematch is 16 years in the making. It is worth more to boxing than another Tito destruction is.

If Jones does have Hopkins number.

A loss to a faded Jones would put a real downer on Hopkins great career.

The Puerto Ricans will always shell out to see Tito fight, everyone knew the Jones fight was pretty much a mismatch last year and it still did 500k, I think it was the 3rd best selling PPV of the year. Jones doesn't have much of a fanbase outside of the hardcore fans and the fans in Florida.

LOL. Did you all see the stuff Roy was covering from in the fight with Joe? He had the nerve to say those slaps HURT. He stopped punching for much of that fight because of his now terrible fear of getting hit since Tarver 2.

I bit on Roy having one last great performance in those old bones against Joe because Jones did a good job to me selling that he was holding back on the comeback trail and he intentionally wasn't trying to push and stop his opponents, but as the saying goes, fool me once..

No way he can deal with Hopkins if he thought what Joe was putting on him was hard. No way. And this is exactly why Bernard almost immediately after that fight publicly stated that a Jones rematch was off the table. He went in his dressing room and told Jones to retire after Cal womped him for goodness sakes!
