i don't **** on him for not fighting welters. i **** on him for BEING at welter and not fighting the better ones. that's what boxing's all about, about fighting the best, not about fighting the best of 7-10 years ago (oscar), the paper champs with no defenses (baldomir), the guy that just had lost to a bum (judah), and the best 140 at a weight class in which he clearly could fight well (even against collazo he "lost")

if he's not a welter, he just has to go down to his current natural/best weight and fight the best there. that's what ATG fighters do
