yes Ramirez is a C level fighter. He has never even come close to facing anything resembling top opposition, never fought outside of the midwest and was a literal unknown when tapped to face Gamboa. The gaudy record came against bums like Mando Cordoba (who sucks and hasnt won in 12 fights), Priest Smalls, etc. His toughest opposition before Gamboa was De Jesus who promptly went on a three fight losing streak then had to fight a 3-5 and a fighter making his pro debut to get wins. Imagine that? a 21-3 fighter having to fight a fighter making his pro debut to win

Yes i did KOs on both de leon and medina was impressive. But if he losses to penalosa then he is overated simple as that. If he manages to KO gerry then i will be a believer because nobody has done that in 70 fights.
