Silly? the man is 37. Floyd is fighting Marquez and he could well be 38 by the time they fight.

Ive got SSM career son. I dont need to watch ****. I know what his strengths and weaknesses are. I suggest you watch how easily Cotto outboxed him and apply what Mayweather would do to him based on that.

The marg win was a smoke screen. Shane had a good game plan. Cotto had the wrong game plan. Mosley made SURE he held onto Marg because he knew he could not afford to let him work because he does not have the stamina at 37 to stay with him.

Fans have short memory's. However strong Mosley finished against Cotto is not the point. If Cotto can take advantage of his dull reflexes due to his age then Mayweather deffo can. Mosley cant sustain no more that is why he held marg.

I give Mosley more of a chance to beat Mayweather than Pacquiao and I think his chances of beating Mayweather are the same as Cotto's, I would have given Cotto more of a chance before Naazim Richardson joined his camp but now that he has, his chances have gone up IMO because I think if anyone can come up with a plan to beat Mayweather, it's Richardson....with some input from Hopkins.

Mosley has a better chance than Pacquiao imo.

Cotto and Mosley's chances are about even.

I just have a problem with him fighting a 37 year old past his best. If he is not fighting old DLH he is bringing Hatton up from 140, and although i agree its a good warm up fight he will also have fought Marquez who is a smaller opponent to. I just dont like how there is always an angle to his fights. Its almost as if he is not 100% confident in himself. Not his ability, but himself.

If id asked this question before the Marg fight everyone to a man would of more than likely have picked Cotto and Pac. I dont see how one result can change people's opinions so much. We know Shane is a power Boxer and Marg played right into his hands. Stylistically it was an easy fight for Mosley, but like the Pavlik vs Hopkins fight it was a case of can his 37 year old legs keep up with the pace. Most of us thought he could not, but he halved Marg workrate by holding and went to the body the way he USED to do, and he used the jab a little more. Apart from that i did not see any radical changes?

Personally i think his reflexes are gone. He looked a lot better against Marg, because of Marg's style. Have we forgotten how Cotto outboxed and how he was losing and looked awful against Mayorga ?

Mosley is past his best but is still capable of beating the top guys in his division which he proved against both Cotto and Margarito.

Mosley is the man at 147 just now and is an actually welterweight unlike Marquez or Pacquiao.

I'm all up for this fight.

                Cotto gets clowned.

Actually no to pull a delahoya vs tito u gotta run without throwing punches plus do that the last 4 rounds. COtto started boxing and he was actually outlanding and throwing punches back in the end. Dlh wasnt even throwing punches against tito hed throw a punch or 2 like every 15 20 seconds

Cotto beat Mosley when all said and done. He only came on because Cotto stopped fighting. When Cotto was active he was easily second best.

Not only was he outboxed by Cotto he looked absolutely awful against Mayorga.

Im sorry i respect your opinion. I just dont see it.
