Sometimes you just gotta prove yourself the 1st time. There's no law that says you HAVE to rematch anybody. Some fights merit it because of how close or how great the 1st fight was. But other than that, move on and build your resume against other great fighters. Not everyone is supposed to have trilogies.

Each of them went to do their things respectively. Boxing doesn't have an under title called "Revenge" next to it.
