Truly sad, I liked watching him fight too. This is like strike two and I don't see him getting another chance unless HBO tries to spin the badboy approach/image for him.

I don't think he has to worry about losing his fan base, we see in football all the time (weapons charges, drug charges) usually causes a little hooplah but all boils over, i imagine it'd be the same for boxing. He needs a lawyer to spin the "it wasn't his gun" approach. HBO can't do anything for him legally
