Too bad he's not Top Rank, if anyone could get him out of this, it'd be Bob Arum (I can imagine him playing the constitutional right card). Honestly I understand Kirklands desire to have a gun with him, he doesn't quite make enough now to have a team of body guards, he's got celebrity status somewhat and a decent amount of money, but he also has some risidual ****** mentality that someone's going to cap him for his shoes. Its unfortunate, i'm torn, on one end, dude broke the law, on the other end, i really would like to see his career continue.
