Of course its hard to beat DLH vs Mayweather because it included the highest paid boxer in history, DE LA HOYA.

Can you get it into your ***ing head that DE LA HOYA was the main attraction in that fight?

If not, why don't you explain why PBF has no other HUGE draws other than Hatton fight.

And why don't you use your ****** ***ing head and think why anyone would want to see PBF's boring ass fights over Pac?
You shot yourself in the foot ,, Pac fought ODH , Floyd fought ODH , your answer is there .....

Hatton has probably the biggest fan base of any fighter in the sport ,, but wtf does that mean , his country is starved of great fighters so they get behind the good ones and Hatton was marketed for his appeal so what it didnt stop Floyd knocking is ass out , Jeff Fenech was the same here selling 30,000 plus in Aus a country that dont have the population of New York and less than 200 registered boxers , draw is marketing a fighter with appeal and personality ,,,, the biggest draw in the sport is the MATCH UP of the two in question not one or the other it is the event , this my guy is more popular than yours is so ****ing childish .

Are you serious? What other fighter besides Tyson and Holyfield even come close to Oscar's PPV numbers?

You didnt answer the question. If youre going to use the nonsense that Floyd can only do numbers with Oscar then that brings up the question why hasnt anyone else done anywhere near those numbers with Oscar.

they are probably about even right now. its hard to compare because well people point out the DLH vs mayweather fight doing a lot mre than than DLH vs pac but you gotta point out that the economy was/is at its worst since the great depression. also most people didnt think it was a credible fight to begin with, there were so many threads even here on boxing scene with hardcore fans claiming that they would not watch this "circus act". should be interesting to see how much hatton vs pac does!

Floyd is so hated that he's by far the bigger draw.

The fight did well because Floyd promotes his fights well.

your lettin your hate blind you again, answer this question:

                      here is DLH's ppv history:

                      Genaro Hernandez (9/95) 220,000 buys = $6.6 million
                      Pernell Whitaker (4/97) 720,000 buys = $28.8 million
                      Hector Camacho (9/97) 560,000 buys = $22.4 million
                      Wilfredo Rivera (12/97) 240,000 buys = $9.6 million
                      Julio Cesar Chavez II ( 9/98) 525,000 buys = $23.6 million
                      Felix Trinidad (9/99) 1.4 million buys = $71.4 million
                      Shane Mosley (6/00) 590,000 buys = $29.5 million
                      Fernando Vargas (9/02) 935,000 buys = $47.8 million
                      Shane Mosley II (9/03) 950,000 buys = $48.4 million
                      Felix Sturm (6/04) 380,000 buys = $19.0 million
                      Bernard Hopkins (9/04) 1 million buys = $56.0 million
                      Ricardo Mayorga (5/06) 935,000 buys = $46.3 million
Floyd Mayweather Jr. (5/07) 2.4 million buys = $120.0 million
                      Manny Pacquiao (12/08) 1.25 million buys = $70.0 million

out of all the names there why did only one fight go above 2 million ppv buys? any reasons or are u letting ur hate still blind you coz of ur dislike for a fighter?
