i voted based on who draws more butts to actually see the fight. so i voted for pac.

but if you based who is the bigger draw on ppv numbers then its floyd.

Being an american and being able to speak english well definitely gives floyd the edge over pac in selling pay per views in the U.S.

Not to mention that 95% of Pac fans are Filipino and 99% of them can't even afford PPV. Actually I believe Pac's fights are broadcast for free in Philipines, no? They are usually in Asian countries (no PPV in Korea, Japan, etc).

Imagine that, if Filipinos had the ability (financial and other) to purchase Manny's PPV, Manny would be doing 5 million PPV buys each and every fight.

I agree with this, Mayweather is a great fighter but he needs another big name to really help him sell. If they end up fighting each other it should be a 50-50 purse split though

Anyone who says Pac is the draw is a moron. Give me 1 example? Pac is just big in his own Country. Floyd does the same or more PPV buys against Zab, Gatti, and Baldy then Pac does in his mega fights against JMM, EM, and MAB. Its not even close.

Again, I said this in another thread. Hatton wasnt the draw against Floyd. Why do people keep saying that he was? No one knew Hatton in the US. He brings fans but there from England. It has nothing to do with US PPV buys. If Hatton had fought anyone else in that PPV then it wouldve done crap numbers in the US. Floyd is the one who sold that fight, wihtout a doubt. You guys are looking at it backwards. If Hatton fights Baldy in the US then you tell me who's going to buy it? No one. It might do numbers in England but not here. Floyd was the US draw easily
