Not that myth again! Why don't you check your facts before posting? He was knocked out once by a body shot, not twice, and he was badly weight drained at the time and fought listlessly because of that, and it was ten years ago, so is completely irrelevant now.

Much more meaningful is the first Barrera fight. Barrera was a noted body puncher, and Pac destroyed him in his prime.

Pacquiao was 20 years old when he lost to singsurat.
Pacquiao was 17 when he lost to torrecampo.

There's a big freaking difference between 17/20 year old pacquiao to the 30 year old in his prime 2 handed lock loaded & ready Pacquiao that hatton's facing. The thing that troubles me is that not only are the drunk hatton fans yapping about this, but hatton himself has said this.

This is the same rhetoric i heard when hatton was fighting mayweather. Cant wait for the 2nd episode of 24/7. 1st one was the one of the best produced & written 24/7 episodes.

there's also a difference between a 147 prime PBF and a 140 untested Pac, and the difference is fcuking light years apart.

difference is lightyears apart? name me a great fighter floyd beat? name me one. then we'll see how much that is worth.

              wait, let me guess,

              35 year old oscar?
wait, how about the legendary Ricky Hatton?

Who are the fighters that floyd beat at 147 to make him the best 147 pounder let alone p4p?

              here we go;

              Ricky Hatton (career 140 pounder)
              Zab Judah
              Carlos Baldomir

Wheres Paul Williams, Shane Mosley, Antonio Margarito, Miguel Cotto, Joshua Clottey, Carlos Quintana, Luis Collazo? They seem to be missing from floyd's super dominance at 147.

I thought you're so objective and know much this boxing stuff when you criticize a thread "Hatton is a Joke"! But alas, you sided someone's intuition just because his intuition dictates Hatton will win! What a fcukin Joke...

That's not the point, the point is that Floyd was already proven at Wleterweight, he was the lineal champion, and Pac isn't really proven above 130lb yet. He may look great at 140, but he's never really had to take power punches from anyone above 130, so the jury's still out.

Plus Hatton is better at 140 than at 147.

Not only that but all pac great wins at 130 where against sub 130 fighters, so in that respect he's not proven against 130lbers either.

Not to take any credit from Pac, they are awesome wins against great opposition but Barerra, Morales, Solis, Jmm and Larios are not super featherweights no matter what weight those fight may have took place at.

Hector Velazquez, David Diaz and the corpse of ODLH are not screaming at me that Pac is a proven 126+ fighter, sorry.

That said I still expect Pac to win.
